If you need assistance placing an order, please call between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (EST), Monday - Friday. Please feel free to email us at any time with questions, comments, or requests for order status.
Delivery Time & Turn Around
We strive to send each product out within 5 business days of the order date, but because each product is customized, it may take up to 10 business days from the time the order is received or confirmation of proof. Feel free to check the status of your order by using our Order Status feature.
Southern Gifting cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to the shipping company.
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we will choose the best shipping method. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your products. We typically ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEX. Our shipping rates are based on shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be calculated based on individual order weight, please contact us for exact shipping rates.
We offer shipping insurance on orders up to $100.00 for $2.25. Orders over $100.00 are automatically insured by Southern Gifting. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your order, as the Postal Service does occasionally lose or damage shipments. Purchasing insurance will protect you against loss or damage during shipping.
Southern Gifting will not be responsible for shipments lost or damaged should you choose not to purchase insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our products, but due to the fact that most products are produced custom to your specifications, a monogrammed product cannot be returned.
Thread color recommendations are suggestions only, so we encourage you to consider every color available before making your decision.
We are not responsible for ordering errors such as typographical errors, color choice errors, or decisions to change your mind.
Refunds will not be issued once the order is placed. If you have questions, please email or call us before you place your order! Southern Gifting will not be responsible for incorrect order of monograms if you fail to provide them in the correct order. If the mistake is ours, we will gladly replace the item ASAP.
